Free data and insights into the translation profession
Last updated 8 December 2023
In an attempt to offer free access to valuable data on the current landscape of the translation profession to all parties interested (linguists, translation buyers, providers of services for translators, and ultimately the public), we are conducting research in our field. To ensure the data is relevant, we work closely with our colleagues from across the translation industry.
We believe that by making the findings freely available to anyone interested means we are giving them the tools to help them in their business and we hope we can contribute to the knowledge in the translation field.
Freelance Translator Survey 2023
This is the second edition of the Freelance Translator Survey, which was filled in by more than 2,800 translators from all over the world. We compiled the data in an extensive report, which we hope you’ll find useful and relevant. If you do, please do not forget to share it with your colleagues.
