Interpreting: starting from £150

Translation services prices

For all our Romanian, French or English translation services, we calculate the prices on a per word basis. Our rates are fixed. We charge £0.089 / word (the price is inclusive of VAT). No additional charges. No hidden fees.

Document translation prices

As mentioned above, we charge £0.089 / word for translation services. If you also require additional services for your document, such as editing or typesetting, additional charges may incur. Please refer to our FAQ section. If you cannot find the answer to your question, contact us and we will be able to help.

Website localisation prices

Translating (and localising) your website will be calculated at a price of £0.089 / word. If there are other changes that need to be made, such as colour scheme, pictures etc., we can also help. For a quote, contact us.

Proofreading prices

For all the documents we translate, proofreading is FREE. We will not charge you.

*If you would like us to proofread a translation performed by someone else, contact us and we will help. The costs can differ according to the quality of the translation. If a complete re-translation of the text is necessary, we will charge our fixed rate of £0.089 / word. If it’s just proofreading, usually that would be 30% of the normal translation rate, that is about £0.03 / word. Contact us and we will be able to give you a comprehensive quote.

Interpreting prices*

Simultaneous interpreting rates

  • half-day (up to 3.5 hours) – £250/ interpreter
  • full-day (up to 7 hours) – £500/ interpreter
  • extra hours: £50/ hour/ interpreter

Consecutive interpreting rates

  • half-day (up to 3.5 hours) – £150
  • full-day (up to 7 hours) – £300
  • extra hours: £40/ hour

Whispered interpreting rates

  • half-day (up to 3.5 hours) – £250
  • full-day (up to 7 hours) – £500
  • extra hours: £50/ hour

*Prices quoted are exclusive of travel and accommodation expenses (if these incur). Minimum charge: half-day.
